Yes, the memberships are suitable for all abilities, whether you are new to Pilates or an avid Pilates goer. The classes are clearly taught with in-depth instructions, offering different exercise options for all abilities. There is something for all levels.
You can start or cancel your membership at any point. Just remember that your membership automatically renews each month, so if you want to cancel be sure to do this via the members area.
