"My love for health and fitness started when I was young. Today, I’ve been fortunate to turn my passion into a thriving profession."
I began Pilates as a means to increasing flexibility, suppleness and functional movement while playing full time Amateur golf. I very quickly fell in love with the benefits that it had to offer by helping assist with my golfing technique as well as my overall health.
I completed my Level 3 qualification with the respected Body Control Pilates in London, Europe’s largest and top teaching organisation.
My aim is to share with people the never-ending benefits of Pilates as well as inspire people to be the happiest and healthiest versions of themselves. As a professional Pilates Instructor, my passion is to guide people towards a healthier and stronger lifestyle and improve their golf and handicap.”
Imagine if you could improve
Posture
Re-establishing good alignment of the body is key to good stability. Correct alignment of the joints is crucial to functional movement. It is necessary for all the joints of the body to be correctly aligned (resulting in good muscle recruitment) in order to encourage the desired muscles to work efficiently.
Core Strength
By strengthening core muscles, it will improve dynamic postural strength. Discover the ability to not only to support and control the body and posture at address, but while swinging the golf club with increased power.
Flexibility and Control
Improved range of movement and flexibility and reduced risk of injuries. Learn how to move effectively through all parts of the spine and increase range of motion, whilst also learning to control unwanted movement, which in turn will help improve your game with increased movement and efficiency.
Breathing
The breathing process uses the same muscles that are responsible for the maintenance of correct posture and alignment in the body. Breathing fully recruits the small muscles between the ribs, helping to stretch them and have a positive effect on increasing a golfer’s ability to turn better in the golf swing.
