These sessions are designed to support those suffering from Long COVID and chronic illnesses, with specific interest in those with Postural Tachycardia Syndrome (PoTS), Hypermobility Spectrum Disorder (HSD) and Hypermobile Enlos Danlos Syndrome (hEDS), Chronic Fatigue Syndrome/Myeloencephalitis (CFS/ME) as well as other Chronic Health conditions.

About Me
I have several years of personal experience in teaching Pilates to a wide variety of clients, as well as huge knowledge from my own Pilates practice and active background/lifestyle.
I have appreciated the benefit of Pilates in recent years for my own health and diagnosis of ME, and previously when playing full-time amateur golf as a means to enhance my performance and movement.
I fully believe Pilates can benefit EVERYONE and I especially want to help as many people with a chronic illness as I possibly can.
I have a specific interest in helping those with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome/Myeloencephalitis (CFS/ME) and Long COVID.
