These sessions are just for you - in person or online via Zoom. The ability to tailor these sessions make them a perfect option if you have injuries, ailments or upcoming athletic achievements in mind. Lottie will be on hand to tailor exercises to your specific needs and goals. 

At this time, Lottie is running is focusing on offering private 1:1 sessions. The website will be updated when group class offerings resumes. 

Pilates for everybody

Lottie's soul aim is to change the way people feel in everyday life by changing the way they move. Pilates is so much more than exercise and is designed for EVERYONE, regardless of their age or fitness level.
 
We work every single muscle of the body including the deeper stabilising muscles to work you from the inside out. Building efficient, resilient bodies for life.


Pilates involves a series of low impact exercises designed to improve physical strength, flexibility, balance and posture whilst enhancing mental awareness. Pilates also helps with spine articulation and is a great discipline for rehabilitation and pain prevention.


By focusing on controlled movement, you gain vital body awareness and the ability to manage your mind and body connection, allowing you to handle stress more effectively and achieve relaxation more easily.

Working with Lottie has changed my life, I no longer struggle with severe back pain. I can enjoy sports and playing with my grandchildren!

About Lottie

Where it all began...

"My love for health and fitness started when I was young.

Today, I’ve been fortunate to turn my passion into a thriving profession."
  
As a youngster learning the importance of movement through sports and dance and then later on noticing the importance in a strong resilient body.

Lottie began Pilates as a means to increasing flexibility, suppleness and functional movement whilst playing full time amateur golf. She very quickly fell in love with the benefits that it had to offer, assisting with her golfing technique as well as her overall health.

Lottie decided to turn this hobby into a lifestyle and completed her Level 3 qualification with the respected Body Control Pilates in London, and hasn't stopped learning since!
